About this study
This upcoming Phase 3 study will evaluate an investigational treatment for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) — the persistent congestion, loss of smell, and sinus pressure caused by polyps in the nasal passages. Participants use a daily nasal spray as part of the study and receive ENT-focused monitoring at no cost.
You may qualify if…
- Qualifies: Age 18 or older
- Qualifies: Nasal polyps diagnosed by a doctor at least 12 months ago
- Qualifies: Using a steroid nasal spray every day for at least 8 weeks
- Qualifies: Had polyp surgery before, or a course of steroid pills for polyps in the past year
This study may not be a fit if…
- Not a fit: A biologic injection recently: Dupixent, Xolair or Nucala in the last 4 months, Fasenra in the last 6, Tezspire in the last 12
- Not a fit: Steroid pills in the last 3 months
- Not a fit: Current smoker, or past smoking of 10 pack-years or more

Compensation
$150 per clinic visit, $50 per phone call and $12 per diary entry — up to $6,716 in total. Compensation is for your time and travel, provided per completed visit, and never contingent on study results.

Does it cost anything to participate?
No — never. All study-related visits, tests, and study medication are provided at no cost. No insurance is needed and we never ask for payment information.
Is this safe?
Every study we run is reviewed and approved by an independent ethics board (IRB) and conducted under FDA regulations (21 CFR Parts 50, 56, and 312). Your safety is monitored at every visit.
Can I stop participating at any time?
Yes — you can withdraw at any time, for any reason, with zero penalty. Your regular medical care is never affected.
Will my information stay private?
Yes. Your information is protected under HIPAA. Your identity is never shared with the study sponsor without your consent.
